Our compensation comes from three main sources: hourly charges for creative and production services, standard 15% commission on media advertising, and standard 17.65% mark-up on products and services that we purchase on your behalf.

Our hourly rates are determined by the service being provided and the skill/experience level of the individual providing the service. All CMG employees keep meticulous time records by client, project and service-in quarter-hour increments. These are submitted and recorded daily.

Public relations and publicity services - specifically media relations, story placement, research and writing - are generally billed on a program/fee basis. We think it is important to emphasize that the public relations fee arrangement is not a retainer, but a service fee based on actual time invested and work accomplished.
